T: Good of you children. Today we continue to speak about The Past Simple (Прошедшеепростоевремя). Please, look at the blacrboard and find all the verbs in this poem.

T:Right you are. Then try to guess what are the verbs regular or irregular.
Ps:These verbs are irregular.
T:Well done. Now open your books. Page 50, exercise 1. Please look at the pictures and answer my questions.
T:Can you see a girl and a boy in the picture?

T:Are they in the forest?
P2:Yes, they are in the forest?

T:Now read the story and arrange the pictures in the correct order. I give you 6 minutes.

T:Look again at the text and answer my question. Are all the verbs in the text irregular?
Ps:No. There are some regular verbs.
T:That's right. Name them. And what about «went», «put»?
Ps:They are irregular.
T:Now look at ex. 3 and the table will help you to rewise the rule.
Ps:При образовании второй формы глаголов в прошедшем времени к правильным глаголам добавляется окончание — ed, а неправильные глаголы изменяются. Например, go — went.
T: Thank you, children. Now look at the board. You can see the regular and irregular verbs. Please choose only regular verbs. Why are they regular?
Ps:Because they have — ed.
T:Good. Does — ed sound in one way?
Ps:No, it sounds in different way.
