The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Цели урока:

- Обобщить лингвострановедческий материал по указанной теме. Углубить и расширить знания по теме.

- Совершенствовать умения и навыки практического владения английским языком по теме по всем видам речевой деятельности: аудированию, говорению, чтению и письму.

Задачи:

- ознакомить с новой лексикой (символы стран Соединённого Королевства);

- тренировать употребление Where do you/does he come from? I come/He comes from … . The symbol of … is a …;

- формировать навыки аудирования, чтения, письма, диалогической речи;

- расширить окоем учащихся;

- обучать работе с использованием ИКТ;

- повысить неравнодушие к изучению иностранного языка;

- развивать искусство сопоставлять свою и иностранную культуру.

Оснащение:

- Магнитофон и аудиозаписи к УМК;

- Компьютер, проектор, предъявление Power Point;

- Карточки с названиями стран;

- Карточки с названиями столиц;

- Картинки с символами стран;

- Раздаточный материал (задания на засыпание пропусков, “a word search”).
